We are an “agent obsessed” company originally founded in September 2021 as an alternative to the traditional broker model and with a mission to build the best 100% commission real estate brokerage in the industry.

Agents can choose between the two largest MLS platforms in Michigan, Realcomp and FlexMLS, providing near 100% data share coverage to statewide real estate brokerage listings. In order to receive MLS access as an affiliated licensee, you will need either a Primary, Secondary, or Gateway membership to at least one of the following REALTOR® boards:

Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® (GMAR)
North Oakland County Board of REALTORS® (NOCBOR)
Livingston County Board of REALTORS® (LCAR)
Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS® (DABOR)

Yes. Wholesaling, business opportunity sales, and property management are activities that are not allowed. Also, broker approval must be obtained prior to transacting in properties above one million dollars or involving commercial real estate.

Reboot Realty™ is for active agents. Whether you’re full-time or part-time, we do expect at least 1 closed residential sale per year.
